چکیده

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease that occurs due to impaired insulin secretion caused by progressive damage beta cells. Pineapple skin vinegar contained acetic acid and antioxidants which have the potential help repaired structure of nephron ren other organs affected diabetes. The purpose this study was examined effectiveness pineapple on improved histological diabetic rats ( Rattus norvegicus L.). This based changed in samples normal alloxan-induced mice pre-treatmented post-treatmented. Twenty-four were divided into 6 groups, named control, positive control (diabetes + 0.4 mL apple vinegar), negative water), dose test groups 1, 2, 3 (pineapple 0.2 mL; 0.8 mL). Statistical analysis used ANOVA followed Duncan test. conclusion research, showed ability repair histopathological white damaged optimum needed nephron, as indicated glomerular diameter distance Bowman's capsule space near normal.
